How do we do it?

We are a true custom home builder. We keep our yearly volumes low to ensure that every home that we build receives the attention it deserves. Our home building process takes an average of six to seven months. While we are very efficient and time conscious, we do not rush through the process.

All CKC Custom Homes come with a 10-year structural warranty. Throughout construction, we inspect the work on your new home daily. Our engineering firm inspects the foundation prior to pouring cement and after pouring cement. We have a third party inspection firm that also inspects the foundation, building frame, and final building. We have internal quality walk inspection during several phases: foundation, framing, insulation, pre-sheetrock, pre-texture, pre-paint, pre-carpet, pre-acceptance walkthrough, and post-closing.

Our homes are also environmentally-friendly. We believe that this world is our to preserve and protect. When we build, we ensure that the natural vegetation on the site is minimally disturbed. We also try to utilize as many earth-friendly products as possible.

Because we are a Smart Energy Builder, our homes exceed national and local energy requirements. We use foam insulation, structural and insulative sheathing, and first and second stage poly-seal on all exterior walls. Along with our custom built trunk line and 16 seer a/c systems our homes constantly beat building code by 20%.
